was a conference for educators, special education directors, parents, school counselors, and school administrators designed to share information regarding the development and education of deaf and hard of hearing children.
Dr. Marschark (now retired) was the Director of the Center for Education Research Partnerships; Professor, National Technical Institute for the Deaf at Rochester Institute of Technology in Rochester, NY.
